Physical Education - Key Stage 3
All students receive two PE lessons per week. Students learn through five essential processes
- Making informed choices about healthy, active lifestyles. Students will learn to identify the types of activity that are best suited to them.
- Evaluating and improving. Students will learn to analyse performances and identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Developing physical and mental capacity. Students will develop determination to succeed.
- Making and applying decisions. Students will learn to select and use tactics and strategies.
- Developing skills in physical activity. Students will develop a range of skills that show precision, control and fluency.
