Honiton Community College Governors, staff and students are self-critical – we take our monitoring, evaluating and review cycle very seriously.  Whilst we celebrate our achievements more than ever before (and we have much to be proud of) we constantly strive to be better - to be the best. In order to move forward and improve we must look back and reflect.  Constructive criticism is sought from every part of our community and feedback is fed into our Self-Evaluation Form (SEF) and ultimately, our College Improvement Plan (CIP).
