Sixth Form Pathways Plan your route to further education at HCC
- Get ready for the world of work
- Gain more GCSE's during your re-sits
- Develop your knowledge through A Levels
Every student at Honiton Community College is valued as an individual and we will work with your ideas and career aspirations to choose your programme of study. Each course will aim to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to prepare yourself for future employment.

- Level 1 with some Level 2
- Flexible, personalised mix
- One day work experience
Take the Blue Pathway and gain literacy, numeracy and ICT skills. The programme is the post-16 continuation of WASSP.
- Level 2 BTEC Firsts
- Specialist qualifications
- NVQ's available
Take the Red Pathway if you would like to gain more GCSEs at A* to C grades and may be re-sitting English, Mathematics and Science.
- AS/A2 or BTEC Level 3
- Prepare for employment
- Choose a range of courses
The Green Pathway is the route the majority of students will follow, involving at least three Level 3 courses at HCC.
